You can delete your PerkMile account at any time. Account deletion is available directly inside the PerkMile app.
How to delete your account in the app
- Open the PerkMile app
- Go to Profile or Settings
- Select Delete Account
- Confirm deletion
Once confirmed, your account and associated personal data will be permanently removed.
If you no longer have access to the app
If you can’t access the app, you can request account deletion by emailing our support team.
Email: admin@perkmile.com
Please send the request from the email address linked to your PerkMile account.
Data retention
After account deletion, some information may be retained for up to 6 years where required by law or for legitimate business purposes (such as fraud prevention, accounting, or security). Any retained data is securely stored and not used for marketing or profiling.
