PerkMile – Terms of Service

1. Introduction
Welcome to PerkMile. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of the PerkMile mobile application and related services. By accessing or using PerkMile, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use the app.
2. Company Information
PerkMile is operated by PERKMILE LTD (Company Number 16859520), registered at 124 City Road, London, United Kingdom, EC1V 2NX. These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
3. About PerkMile
PerkMile is a digital platform that connects drivers with independent third-party businesses offering discounts, perks, and promotions (“Partners”). PerkMile does not sell, supply, or fulfil Partner goods or services and is not responsible for a Partner’s fulfilment of any offer.
4. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use PerkMile. The app is intended for private hire, delivery, and professional drivers. You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is accurate and kept up to date.
5. Driver Verification
Certain features, including redeeming offers, may require driver verification. You agree to provide accurate verification information and documentation where requested (for example, private hire badge evidence).
Verification documents are used solely to confirm eligibility and maintain platform trust. PerkMile may approve, reject, or revoke verification at its discretion where we reasonably believe information is inaccurate, outdated, or the account is being misused.
6. Accounts & Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised or accessed without your permission.
7. Offers & Redemptions
All offers displayed in the app are provided by independent third-party Partners. Offer availability, eligibility, and specific terms are determined by the Partner and may change or expire at any time.
Unless stated otherwise, offers may be limited to one redemption per user and/or subject to time limits. PerkMile cannot guarantee that an offer will be available at the time you attempt to redeem it.
8. Partner Transactions and Disputes
Any interaction or transaction with a Partner is solely between you and that Partner. Partners are responsible for their own products, services, pricing, availability, and customer service.
If you have a dispute with a Partner, including issues relating to an offer, you should address it directly with the Partner. PerkMile may assist by providing redemption confirmation details where available, but is not responsible for Partner actions or outcomes.
9. Location Services
PerkMile uses location data to display nearby offers and improve the user experience. You may disable location services at any time; however, doing so may limit app functionality.
Location data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
10. Payments & Subscriptions
PerkMile is currently free for drivers to use. Some features may become paid or subscription-based in the future. Any paid features will be clearly disclosed prior to purchase, including applicable pricing, billing terms, and cancellation information.
11. Prohibited Use
You must not misuse the app, attempt to access restricted areas, interfere with app operation, scrape content, reverse engineer the app, submit fraudulent verification documents, or use PerkMile for unlawful purposes.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms or misuse the service.
12. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, and software associated with PerkMile are owned by or licensed to PerkMile. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the app without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.
13. Disclaimers
PerkMile is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.
Partners are responsible for their own products, services, and offers. Any dispute relating to a Partner’s goods or services is strictly between you and the Partner.
14. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PerkMile shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, or for issues arising from Partner-provided goods, services, or conduct.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability where doing so is prohibited by law.
15. App Store & Google Play
These Terms are between you and PerkMile only, not Apple or Google. Apple and Google are not responsible for the app or its content.
Any claims relating to the app must be directed to PerkMile.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to PerkMile at any time if you breach these Terms, submit fraudulent information, or misuse the app. You may stop using the app at any time.
17. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
18. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.

If you have any questions about these Terms or require support, please contact us at admin@perkmile.com.
We aim to respond within 24–48 hours, although response times may be longer during weekends, public holidays, or high-volume periods.
20. Account Deletion & Data Requests
You can delete your PerkMile account within the app by navigating to Profile → Settings → Delete account.
If you cannot access the app, you may request account deletion by emailing admin@perkmile.com. We may ask you to confirm account ownership for security purposes before processing the request.
Certain data, including verification records, may be retained where required by law, for fraud prevention, or for legitimate business and compliance purposes, in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
